Letter hasn't arrived?

Missing Letter?

All Thistlewood Post letters are sent from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail using standard large letter postage. At present, this service does not include tracking, which helps keep costs down and preserves the traditional feel of receiving real post.

Occasionally, letters may be delayed or go missing in transit, especially during seasonal peaks or industrial action. If yours hasn’t arrived, don’t worry. I’ll gladly replace up to three months of missing letters, free of charge, if they aren't arriving properly.

Before You Get in Touch

Please check the following before reporting a missing letter:

  • Was your postal address entered correctly at checkout?

  • Are you sure there were no typos or missing flat numbers?

  • Could someone in your household have mistaken it for junk mail?

  • Has enough time passed since dispatch?

UK: Please allow 7–10 days.

International: Please allow 3–4 weeks

Letters are usually posted from the 20th of each month onwards.

When Will My First Letter Arrive?

If you subscribe on or before the 15th of the month, your first letter will be included in this month’s post, usually sent out after the 20th.

If you subscribe after the 15th, your first letter will be included in the following month’s mailing.

This schedule helps keep things running smoothly, and gives the gnomes and woodland messengers time to sort, stamp, and wrap each letter with care.

Keeping Things Running Smoothly

It’s your responsibility to ensure that email and postal details are accurate at the time of order. If your address changes during your subscription period, please contact me directly so I can update your details.

If you believe your letter is lost, please contact me and I’ll do what I can to help.
